Join us for a supportive and educational seminar designed for stroke survivors, caregivers, and family members. Led by Dr. Samantha Scott‑O'Bannon, Clinical Psychologist and founder of Mindset Bermuda, these sessions focus on the emotional, mental, and practical challenges of life after stroke.
Dr. Scott‑O'Bannon will share tools you can use right away—whether you are recovering from a stroke or caring for someone who is. Topics include coping strategies, stress management, communication challenges, family dynamics, and ways to build resilience and confidence throughout the recovery journey.
